All our preferred shipping is through Australia Post.
All shipping quotes are based on final weight of packaged products.
An email quote for shipping charges including insurance will be fowarded with all tackle order confirmation emails.
A quote for shipping charges including insurance for a telephone orders will be made through customer contact number.
For orders shipped outside of Australia
Your shipped order may be subject to value added tax, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied by your country when your package reaches your country.
The Frozen Tree Company ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the value added tax, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
